1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are handled and processed within 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Transit Time: Typically 7–12 business days (Monday – Friday)

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Flexyluxe ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as your package ships, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please verify your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@flexyluxe.com.

Please note that Flexyluxe is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer once the order has shipped.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

7. Are there any restocking fees?

No. Flexyluxe does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
